Programme Overview ClydeUnion Pumps Graduate Programme aims to recruit, develop and retain the brightest minds in the business to feed our talent pipeline and future leadership positions. The programme is sponsored at the highest level and is a significant investment. Training and Development Career progression and training is very highly regarded at ClydeUnion Pumps, an SPX Brand. At all levels of the organisation training is key to making ClydeUnion Pumps employees some of the best in the pump industry. The ClydeUnion Pumps Academy [1] plays a central role to learning and development of all staff and offers state of the art training opportunities to new graduate recruits as well as refresher courses for more experienced employees. For all graduate recruits our Academy is key to ensuring knowledge obtained at university is combined with a solid basis in the skills necessary to be effective in the workplace. The Academy offers a full curriculum of courses that cover topics as diverse as pump mechanical & hydraulic fundamentals through to commercial courses covering legal terms and conditions. These courses are delivered by industry professionals who can quickly pass on the benefits of years of practical experience to give all our graduates the benefits of working for a 21st century business that aims higher. |

| Location A key aspect of the ClydeUnion Pumps business is its multinational focus and global footprint. As part of a global graduate programme all graduate employees will be expected to be flexible with regards to location of work. For the majority, Glasgow will be the permanent place of work although travel and rotations to global locations should be expected.

Entry Requirements Degree: All graduates will be expected to have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 at degree level or equivalent accreditation. Unless otherwise stated, any degree background is accepted for our graduate programmes. Post graduate qualifications as well as relevant work experience are also highly desirable within our entry requirement processes. Engineering programmes: Although we accept degrees from all disciplines, for our engineering programmes we will accept applications from candidates studying or graduated from engineering degrees in:
